Terms and Conditions – Services, Products, and Use of the Site

2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which the Provider supplies services to Clients, as well as the rights and obligations of each party. They apply to any order (see offered services) made via the website, by phone, or by any other means of communication.

Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC. The Client acknowledges having read the GTC before validating their order.

3. Offered Services

The website offers services such as:

Reiki energy healing (in person or remotely)
Energy cleansing of spaces
Trainings and events
Unique artistic creations
Various products derived from paintings (e.g., notebooks, bags, clothing, etc.)

All services are offered as part of well-being and personal development. They do not in any way replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic follow-up. No medical diagnosis is provided.

4. Appointments and Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be made via the online form.

Any cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.

After this deadline, the session is charged in full, except in cases of accident, illness, or duly justified force majeure.

5. Prices and Payment Terms

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included.
Payment is made:

On-site before the service (in cash or via Twint)
Online at the time of order (by credit card, Twint, or any other method offered on the website)

Prices may be changed at any time but remain valid for services already booked.

6. Conditions for Remote Sessions

Remote sessions require a calm and available moment from the Client during the scheduled time slot. A written or voice feedback is provided after the session.

7. Liability

The Provider undertakes to provide services with professionalism, care, and respect for confidentiality. They are bound by an obligation of means, not of results. The Client acknowledges that the effects of Reiki and/or energy cleansing may vary from person to person and that no guarantee of results can be given. The Provider cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Client following a session.

8. Sale of Physical Products

Original artistic creations (paintings) as well as various products derived from paintings (e.g., notebooks, bags, clothing, etc.) may be offered for sale via the website or related social media.

a) Order and Payment
Orders are placed via the online shop (or by message/email if specified).
Payment is made in advance using accepted methods (Twint, bank transfer, or other specified on the order page).
The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

b) Shipping
Products are shipped within Switzerland within 3 to 7 working days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise indicated. For shipments outside Switzerland, additional time applies.
Shipping costs are borne by the Client unless otherwise specified.
A shipping confirmation is sent by email once the package has been dispatched.

c) Returns and Exchanges
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of a proven defect or delivery error.
In case of a problem, please contact me within 5 days of receipt with photo evidence. A solution will be proposed on a case-by-case basis.

d) Ownership
The creations (paintings) remain the property of the author until full payment is received.
They are intended for personal use and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission.

9. Trainings and Events

Trainings (Reiki or others) as well as events (workshops, etc.) may be offered occasionally or regularly.

a) Reservation and Payment
Registration for a training or event is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
No spot is guaranteed without full prepayment.
Payment can be made in one installment or, in some cases, in several installments agreed upon at registration.

b) Cancellation and Refund
If cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the date, a partial refund may be granted (excluding reservation fees).
If cancellation occurs less than 10 days before, the amount is retained, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
In case of cancellation or postponement by the organizer, a new date will be offered or a full refund will be made.

c) Participation Conditions
Trainings and events are open to anyone seeking personal or spiritual growth.
A respectful, caring, and confidential environment is required from each participant.

10. Intellectual Property

Texts, visuals, paintings, creations, and content shared on this website (or related social media) are the exclusive property of Phoenix Maris, Maria-Elena Maris, unless otherwise specified.
Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Personal data (name, email, phone number) is used solely for the management of services, appointments, or orders.
It is neither shared nor sold to third parties.
In accordance with Swiss law, you may request modification or deletion of your data at any time via info@phoenix-maris.com.

12. Modification of GTC

The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The new conditions will apply as soon as they are published on the website. Clients are advised to consult the GTC regularly to stay informed of possible changes.

13. Applicable Law

These conditions are governed by Swiss law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If not, the courts of the canton of Vaud shall have jurisdiction.
